📃 Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms for accessing and using the services provided by SANDAI PTE. LIMITED ("VidMuse," "we," "us," or "our"). Our goal is to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. Failure to comply with this Policy may result in warnings, behavior modification requests, account suspension or termination, or other appropriate actions. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether your conduct violates this Policy. By using our services, you agree to follow these guidelines. Capitalized terms not defined here are explained in our Terms of Service. This Policy is supplemental to and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

What We Expect From You

We rely on you to maintain a safe and positive environment for all users.

As a member of our community, you are expected to:

  • Avoid conflicts and confrontations---our purpose is to collaborate and learn.
  • Treat others with respect, avoiding demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.
  • Be mindful of how your actions impact others.
  • Report dangerous situations, distress, or Policy violations immediately, no matter how minor.

You are solely responsible for your use of the services, including any content you upload or share ("inputs") and anything generated using the services ("outputs"). You assume all risks related to your inputs, including their accuracy, quality, legality, and appropriateness. User-posted content does not reflect VidMuse's endorsement or approval, and we are not liable for user-generated content or service usage. You are prohibited from using outputs to compete with VidMuse or develop similar products or services. Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension or termination, or reporting to law enforcement.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services:

  1. Deceptive, Inaccurate, or Misleading Content
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
  • Do not engage in disinformation campaigns or inauthentic behavior.
  • Do not solicit personal information from individuals under 18.
  • Do not share private information without consent or use it for unsolicited communications.
  • Do not create knowingly false or misleading content.
  • Do not promote or facilitate the spread of false information.
  • Do not imply VidMuse endorses your inputs, outputs, statements, or positions.
  • Do not post deceptive comments or reviews.
  1. Illegal, Abusive, or Fraudulent Activities

  • Do not promote illegal activities, such as drug use, hacking, or other crimes.

  • Do not provide unqualified legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • Do not violate anyone's rights, including privacy or publicity rights.

  • Do not defame individuals or businesses.

  • Do not interfere with or disrupt services, servers, or networks.

  • Do not access content or information through unauthorized means.

  • Do not use services or outputs to develop competing products or train AI systems.

  • Do not engage in data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction methods.

  • Do not use our name or trademarks in hidden text or tags.

  • Do not engage in activities that negatively impact the services.

  • Do not violate applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Child Exploitation, Abuse, or Harm
  • Any content or activity exploiting, abusing, or harming minors is strictly prohibited.
  1. Political Campaigning or Lobbying
  • Do not use services for political campaigns, lobbying, or manipulating governments or elections.
  1. Psychologically or Emotionally Harmful Content

  • Do not promote self-harm or create emotionally harmful content.

  • Do not shame, bully, or harass individuals.

  • Do not make sexist, racist, homophobic, or discriminatory jokes or comments.

  1. Sexually Explicit or Inappropriate Content
  • Do not create or share pornographic material or content intended for sexual gratification.
  1. Violent, Hateful, or Threatening Content

  • Do not threaten or promote violence or terrorism.

  • Do not describe or encourage violent acts against people, animals, or property.

  • Do not spread hate speech or discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.

  • Do not undermine democratic processes or institutions.

  1. Unauthorized Commercial Activities
  • Do not advertise or sell goods or services without explicit authorization.
  1. Other Prohibited Content
  • Do not engage in activities that, in our sole judgment, contradict our values or are objectionable.

Using Photographs or Portraits

You may upload photographs or portraits of real individuals to create videos, but you must respect their rights and use content appropriately.

Ownership

  • Ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to use uploaded images.

Prohibited Content

  • Do not use images of real individuals, including celebrities or politicians, without explicit consent.

  • Do not use images of individuals under 18.

  • Do not upload illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or deceptive imagery.

  • Do not use copyrighted images without permission.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, laws, or user feedback. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage regular review of this Policy to stay informed.
