Credits

How do Credits work?

Deduction on Demand: Credit quotas are dynamically deducted based on task complexity (model tier, video resolution, advanced parameters, etc.).
Priority Difference: Tasks generated using Credits will enter the "Priority Queue" for faster response times; Unlimited generation tasks are placed in the "Standard Queue."

Do Credits expire?

Subscription Credits: Issued monthly according to your subscription plan. They are valid for one billing cycle (30 days) and do not roll over upon expiration.
Add-on Credits: Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Bonus Credits: Accumulated based on your usage of the service or specific actions identified by us. Unless otherwise explicitly stated by us, all Bonus Credits automatically expire one billing cycle (30 days) after the date of accumulation.

What are "Unlimited" & "365 Unlimited"?

How to use "Unlimited"?

"Unlimited" is designed to provide you with space for deep creation. When you perform content editing or refinement on the image editing page after calling specific tools or completing the initial task generation:

You can call specific entitled models an unlimited number of times for content regeneration, polishing, or adjustment without consuming credits.
Note: Once you leave the manual editing interface (e.g., returning to Agent Chat or initiating batch automated generation), the system will resume the per-use credit deduction mode.

What are the Unlimited Usage Policies and Restrictions?

Dynamic Scheduling: During peak hours, to ensure system stability, Credit tasks have higher priority; Unlimited tasks may face queuing.
Fair Use Policy:
- Automation Strictly Prohibited: Limited to manual operation by human users via the official VidMuse UI. Use of scripts, bots, or API scraping is strictly prohibited.
- Abnormal Interception: If abnormal ultra-high frequency requests are detected, the account will enter a "Manual Review" status. If issues are confirmed, the account will be permanently banned without a refund of subscription fees.

What is 365 Unlimited?

365 Unlimited is an exclusive benefit for a limited-time VidMuse promotion, ending February 28, 2026. It is not a standard benefit of Pro or Studio memberships; only users who subscribe during the promotion period are entitled to this benefit. It provides you with an annual unlimited generation privilege:

Benefit Period: As long as the subscription remains active, you can enjoy one year of unlimited access. If the subscription is reactivated after cancellation, the 365 Unlimited benefit will no longer apply.
Plan Changes:
- Upgrading during/after the promotion: Upgrading during the promotion period will grant the unlimited benefits corresponding to the new plan; the validity of the unlimited benefits will be 12 months from the start date of the original plan. Upgrading outside the promotion period only retains the 365 Unlimited benefits of the current plan.
- Downgrading during/after the promotion: Any plan downgrade will result in the immediate termination of 365 Unlimited benefits.

How to Upgrade or Cancel Subscription?

How to upgrade a subscription?

When upgrading from Pro to a Studio plan, remaining credits will carry over seamlessly, and the price difference will be automatically offset based on the remaining value.
Benefit Changes: When switching plans, the system will re-calculate benefits according to the rules of the new plan.

How to cancel a subscription?

After cancellation, you can continue to use the features until the end of the current billing cycle.

Payment Anomaly Handling

If duplicate charges occur due to a change in payment method, please email support@vidmuse.ai. We will respond within 2 business days and complete the refund process within 7 business days after confirmation.

Refund Policy

Important Note: Please read carefully before purchasing. Once you start using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no credits or refunds are provided for partially used periods. However, following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid service through the end of your current billing period.
